Shalom Journey is 12-month discipleship path focused on experiencing wholeness from a Biblical standpoint. We’ll dive deep into the Hebrew concept of shalom and learn how we can partner with God’s plan for reconciliation and restoration in our lives.
Our journey will begin with the Garden of Eden as the picture of shalom or wholeness that God intends for each of us - being in right relationship with the Lord, ourselves, others, and all of creation. When sin entered the world those relationships were fractured and our wholeness was and continues to be affected. However, God had a plan for restoration!
Shalom Journey uses the story of the Israelites' journey, starting with the promise given to Abraham until they receive their inheritances in the Promised Land, as a type of allegory for our faith journey. It's divided into 4 phases:
